Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Lana’s Llama garments, we do accept returns within 15 days of purchase for US orders, provided that the merchandise is unworn, unwashed and unaltered. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the item has been processed.
Please note that Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
International orders are not eligible for returns due to high shipping costs.
How to Return Items
Please contact us via service@lanasllama.com to start a return. You’ll have the option to receive either a refund or a store credit. Once we receive your item back, we will credit the method of payment used to make the purchase.

Exchanges
At this time, due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, we recommend purchasing the item you’d like from our current inventory while your return is processing.
Orders within the USA ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number.
USA orders over $100 are always free shipping!
We ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Worldwide orders are shipped via First Class International Package or International Priority Mail. Packages generally arrive 7 - 10 business days to many major markets. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diner’s Club. We also accept money orders and crypto payments, just email us.
